How to Check Your NC Appraisal License Continuing Education Status

North Carolina appraisers, do you know the North Carolina Appraisal Board’s current CE deadline? Do you know your personal CE status? Below, learn more about the upcoming deadline and how to access your current CE record with the North Carolina Appraisal Board using their website.

NCAB Continuing Education Deadline

All appraiser licensees (including trainees) are required to complete twenty-eight (28) hours of Continuing Education (CE) by May 31, 2021 in order to renew and maintain an active license status. Seven (7) of the 28 hours must be the 2020-2021 7-Hour National USPAP Update course. Licensees originally registered, licensed, or certified after January 1, 2021 are exempt from CE this cycle, but not from renewal. Those that have upgraded from one license level to another still need to meet the CE requirements.

Not sure if you have satisfied this requirement for the current CE cycle (June 1, 2019 – May 31, 2021)? Login to your licensee record to view your education history.
