Due to the restrictions put in place as a result of COVID-19, for the first time ever in North Carolina, The North Carolina Appraisal Board is allowing sponsors to temporarily offer trainee courses ONLINE.

To become a trainee in North Carolina, you need 79 hours of education:
Basic Residential Appraisal Principles 30 hrs
Basic Residential Appraisal Procedures 30 hrs
2020-2021 15-Hour Equivalent USPAP Course 15 hrs
NC Appraising for the Supervisor and Trainee 4 hrs
