We’ve made special arrangements to access a working plant to assist appraisers in increasing their knowledge relating to the construction of manufactured and modular homes and to increase their competency when appraising these properties. This unique class was offered last year with wonderful reviews and multiple requests to hold the class again.
Approved for 7 Hours of Continuing Education credit with the NC Appraisal Board.
MORNING
A behind-the-scenes plant tour at Champion Home Builders with special access to construction methods and techniques will highlight the morning session. Please no open-toed or open-heeled shoes. Dress prepared to encounter a little saw dust!
AFTERNOON
Multiple speakers plan to address a variety of matters related to manufactured and modular homes, their similarities and differences, and FannieMae guidelines for appraising these properties.
