New for 2016-2017! This very popular class format is back and updated with new cases involving criminal, civil, and Appraisal Board matters with larger focus on Appraisal Board cases. Both commercial and residential examples will be presented. We will look at AMCs, homeowners, and real estate brokers and the types of complaints they file against appraisers and how to avoid them. We will identify common liability risks for appraisers and look at ways to limit liability.
