Commercial properties, as well as some residential properties, that present challenges to appraisers will be studied in this new class. We will identify what makes a property an oddball or a complex assignment and explore possible solutions within USPAP. Case studies will be a big part of the class and we will explore how to think outside the box with your analysis and reconciliation.
Commercial and Residential Oddballs counts as 7 hours continuing education for appraisers and is approved by the North Carolina Appraisal Board.
Class is taught by instructor Miles Hamrick.
