The 8th version of our most popular and most requested course, Case Law 8 presents recent criminal and civil cases that cover appraisal methodology, USPAP, and concepts that apply to both residential and commercial assignments.
This class is NEW for the current NC Appraisal Board CE cycle of 2019-2021, so if you took one of our other case law classes, don’t worry. You will receive credit for this class, as well.

This synchronous distance-learning course will be delivered via a Zoom video conference. In order to attend class, you’ll need to have an internet connection, a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device with a built-in speaker/microphone or headset/earbuds with microphone, and a webcam. A photo ID will be required to attend class. Attendance will be taken throughout the course to ensure that students are present for the duration of class.
Please plan to have your 2020-2021 USPAP Book available during class. All other course materials will be provided to all enrolled students digitally before the start of class.
