Basic Appraisal Principles shall be a prerequisite to taking Basic Appraisal Procedures, and Basic Appraisal Procedures shall be a prerequisite to taking the 15-Hour National USPAP Course. There are no prerequisites for the Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser Course.
Except for the Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser Course, each course listed above requires a proctored exam to be administered at the end of class. The exams will be administered in-class, and there is no state exam required to become a Registered Trainee. Fees listed above include all books and handouts, except for The Appraisal Foundation’s Student Manual for the 15-Hour National USPAP Course. See below for further details:
The 15-Hour National USPAP Course requires two books: (1) 15-Hour National USPAP Course Book (“Book”) and (2) 15-Hour National USPAP Course Student Manual (“Manual”). BrightPath Education provides the Book to students as part of the course fee. Students must purchase their individual copy of the Manual directly from The Appraisal Foundation. You may pay for the whole series (all 4 classes), or you may pay for the classes as you go by registering for the whole series and then paying the amount for each class on or before the class start date. If you register and pay for the WHOLE series by February 14, 2020, use the discount code SPRING2020 to receive $50 off your payment for the whole series.
