$155This course presents appraisal topics encountered daily by appraisers in NC and then provides accurate, USPAP-based guidance on how to address these topics. Students will be provided with guidance on portal fees, cancelling assignments, proposed construction, 3rd party inspections, supplementing the URAR, reviews, exposure time, disclosing prior service in tricky situations, out-of-area appraising, and much more. This is one of those classes where you can sit back, relax and listen or jump into the class conversation.
Course Delivery:
This synchronous distance-learning course will be delivered via a Zoom video conference. In order to attend class, you’ll need to have an internet connection, a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device with a built-in speaker/microphone or headset/earbuds with microphone, and a webcam. Attendance:
A photo ID will be required to attend class. Attendance will be taken throughout the course to ensure that students are present for the duration of class.
Course Materials:
Please plan to have your 2020-2021 USPAP Book available during class. All other course materials will be provided to all enrolled students digitally before the start of class.
