$69Synchronous Distance-Learning:
As a result of COVID-19, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission has approved emergency rules allowing for synchronous distance-learning of real estate CE classes in North Carolina that were previously required to be taught live in-person.
Course Delivery:
This distance-learning course will be delivered via a Zoom video conference. In order to attend class, you’ll need to have an internet connection, a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device with a built-in speaker/microphone or headset/earbuds with microphone, and a webcam. A link to join the synchronous distance-learning class along with additional instructions will be emailed out before the start of class.
Attendance:
Please bring your pocket card to class. Attendance will be taken throughout the course to ensure that students are present for the duration of class.
Course Materials:
Class materials will be provided to all enrolled students digitally before the start of class.
More about GENUP:
The 2019-2020 General Update (GENUP) Course is a four (4) hour course that must be completed by all provisional and non-provisional brokers who are NOT brokers-in-charge and/or do not have BIC-Eligible status, and who wish to renew their licenses on active status on July 1, 2020, for the 2020-2021 license year.
Provisional and non-provisional brokers who are not brokers-in-charge and/or do not have BIC-Eligible status must take the GENUP course each year to satisfy the Update course requirement. This course was developed by the staff of the NC Real Estate Commission.
CE Credit:
Approved for 4 Hours of CE Credit by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
