How do I create a User Profile?

1. Go to http://brightpathedu.enlightus.com and login with your email and password.  Once logged in, click on My Profile and fill in the required information.

How do I edit my User Profile?

1. Go to http://brightpathedu.enlightus.com and login with your email and password.  Once logged in, click on My Profile and make the desired changes.

How do I search for a course?

1. To find a specific class, click on the Courses tab above, and type in a keyword from the class such as a portion of the Title

How do I enroll in a course?

1. To register for a class, click on the “Enroll Now” button associated with that class, select your payment option and follow the instructions.

How do I find classes I purchased?

1. To view the courses that you have registered for, login and go to the My Learning tab.

How do I take my courses online?

1. Go to the My Learning tab and click on the desired course that you have purchased

Can I take online classes from different computers?

     1.  Yes, your login credential will allow you to take the course from any computer
          with the appropriate requirements.

• High speed internet DSL/Cable (not dialup)
• Internet Explorer 7 / Mozilla FireFox 1.5 or higher.
• You must have headphones or your computer must have working speakers.
• Adobe Flash Player installed. (free)
• Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 or higher installed. (free)

Can I print my course material?

1. No, the online courses are not printable

Do I need to take the entire course in one sitting?

1. No, you can stop and start the course as many times as you required as long as you complete it within 90 days.

How do I print my certificate?

1. For Live In-class courses, the certificate will be delivered to the students at the end of each class. For online classes, the certificate can be printed at the completion of the course. You will also be able to go to the My Learning tab and retrieve your certificates at any time after course completion.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

1. If you have forgotten your password, go to the login area on the right at http://brightpathedu.enlightus.com.  Click the “forgot password” link and a temporary password will be sent to your email address.

What do I do if I have forgotten my User ID?

1. Your User ID is your email address.  If you have forgotten your email address or if it is not working for your login, please email us at registrar@brightpathedu.com
